Miken Technologies Announces Expansion Plans For 2008

ST. LOUIS - 2008 is already shaping up to be a particularly busy year for Miken Technologies, as the St. Louis-based technology consultants announced the expansion to an additional office location, and construction plans for the renovation of their current business space.

Miken has already moved the disaster preparedness portion of their technology consulting business off site, which is located within the same office facilities with sister company Election Administrators. The new office space for Miken Technologies and Election Administrators is located at 7531 Ravensridge Road in Webster Groves, Missouri.

The $75,000+ renovation to Miken's original offices is slated to be completed by the end of the first quarter 2008, and will include individual offices for management personnel, additional space for support staff and an upgraded customer service area and conference/ training/ meeting areas.

President Mike Smith remarked that Miken's unprecedented sales growth during 2007 created an increased demand for the company's technology and communications consulting services. Sales and revenues for Miken Technologies increased (20%) during 2007 with the acquisition of several new clients and accounts as well as providing additional services to existing clients. This growth has meant adding incremental staff members, which precipitated the need for additional office space and improvements to Miken's current working environment.
