Hurricane Harvey has left Houston and other parts of Texas devastated by flooding. The storm, which made landfall Friday as a Category 4 hurricane, has caused thousands of residents to leave behind their homes and seek refuge. More than 30,000 people are currently in more than 230 shelters, the Federal Emergency Management Agency says.
